WWE taped this week's episode of SmackDown at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland today. This is the first taped episode of SmackDown since the show moved to Tuesday nights on the USA Network.

- This week's episode of SmackDown opens up with Shane McMahon introducing several stars to the ring, including WWE Champion AJ Styles and James Ellsworth. Ellsworth gets named the official "team mascot" for SmackDown at Survivor Series. A six-man tag is set up for tonight that will feature the team of Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper, and Randy Orton, taking on the team of Dean Ambrose, Baron Corbin, and James Ellsworth.

- Naomi def. Natalya: Nikki Bella was on commentary for this one. Carmella came out to ringside and caused a distraction, which lead to Naomi rolling up Natalya for the win.

- Baron Corbin approaches Shane McMahon backstage to complain, and says that he's not going to work tonight's six-man tag main event. Shane tells Corbin he'll have to wrestle Kalisto instead, and puts Kane in the main event as his replacement.

- Baron Corbin vs. Kalisto - No Contest: Corbin attacks Kalisto until he appears to have injured his knee. While Corbin is down clutching his leg, Kalisto takes advantage of the situation and gets some revenge on Corbin. Kalisto works on Corbin's bad knee before the segment ends.

- WWE airs a video hyping The Undertaker & Edge's returns on next week's show.

- Daniel Bryan and Shane are shown backstage discussing Baron Corbin's knee injury. They pull Corbin from Survivor Series, and will announce his replacement later in the show.

- Becky Lynch def. Alexa Bliss: Alexa won via submission with the Dis-arm-her, but there was controversy as Alexa's feet were apparently on the ropes.

- Kalisto vs. The Brian Kendrick for the Cruiserweight Title is announced for Survivor Series in an inter-brand match.

- Curt Hawkins def. Apollo Crews: Hawkins got the win after a quick match by rolling up Crews and grabbing the tights.

- Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper & Randy Orton def. Dean Ambrose, Kane & James Ellsworth: Wyatt scores the pinfall victory for his team in this one after hitting the Sister Abigail on Ellsworth.

- We're in the back again with Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan, where Shane reveals that he will be the final member of Team SmackDown! The show wraps up after Shane announcing himself as Baron Corbin's replacement for Survivor Series.
